Maybe much of this lack of respect comes about due to perpetrator's inconsistencies, short comings, failures and past mistakes.

To deal with such individuals is tiring and taxing to stay the least. I am beginning to see the need to start trimming this list of so called "friends" with a set of very, very long, very, very sharp scissors.
I am sure that some are merely imprudent and or socially deficient, with little cuth, sensitivity, and social graces.
Regardless of intention… the interaction for what ever the reason ends up damaging my work online reputation, makes me look bad in light of the work that I do, and bottom line does NOT help me in my business.

Which is I suppose were the root of the problem lies in the first place; as these offenders see themselves as my peers yet do not give the proper value to my work, either because they don't do it, or consider it not to be real work.

Yep this is the kind of thing that bubbles in my mind, and that is vomited through my finger tips and on to the keyboard... right about my 1st cup of coffee in this fine morning.
